Orlando ranks #4: Best places to live

According to the annual Forbes list of best places to live, Orlando ranks #4, with 34% of Americans saying they would like to move here. The most popular city was Denver, CO, and the least popular – no prizes for guessing – Detroit MI.

Despit our gripes, Orlando did well because of weather, job growth and reasonable living costs. Orlando also ranked #9 in the best city for singles.

On the world stage however, the USA was nowhere to be seen however, with Germany taking 3 of the top 10 spots. Vancouver was the closest the U.S. got to recognition. However Washington ranked #1 as the best city for real estate investment, taking the spot from last year’s winner, London.

Orlando’s real estate market has continued to rally in recent months with foreclosures being snapped up as fast as they leave the bank’s hands. For more info on the Orlando foreclosure market, or to take a bank owned property tour, call us on 407-290-3408.
